Adding images to your online menu helps customers quickly recognise products and improves the overall ordering experience.
The correct way to add PLU images depends on where your menu is managed.
Add PLU images in Preoday
If your online menu is managed through Preoday, we strongly recommend adding all PLU images directly in Preoday.
Adding images in Preoday ensures:
Your images display correctly on the customer‑facing menu
Your menu stays accurate and up to date
Fewer issues with missing or outdated images
📌 Note: If you use Preoday for online ordering, always add PLU images directly in Preoday.
Adding images in EPoS Manager (if required)
In some cases, you may still choose to add images through EPoS Manager.
If you need to do this, follow the steps below:
Log in to EPoS Manager and click Web Ordering.
Select PLU Web Ordering and choose the correct location.
Next to the PLU field, click the three dots or search by description.
Enter an image URL or upload a picture.
Click Save.
