To ensure that Web Orders affect your stock deduction count in EPOS Manager, you need to enable the appropriate setting in POSLink. This helps maintain accurate inventory levels across all sales channels.
Follow the steps below to complete the setup:
Confirm that your POSLink version is updated to 4.52 or above.
Enter Program Mode and select Programs.
Choose Interfaces from the list.
Select the Payments tab.
Tick the option Deduct Stock.
Click Save.
Once this option is enabled, Web Orders will begin to affect your stock deduction count.
