To ensure stock is deducted correctly when using the Pepper app, your POS system must be running version 4.52 or higher. This setup ensures that stock levels are accurately updated when items are sold through the Pepper app.
Once the required version is installed, run the steps below in the terminal to activate stock deduction:
Log in to EPoS Manager.
Navigate to Utilities and select Reprocess Stock Deduction.
Select the required option
By Location
By PLUs at one lcoation
By one PLU as multiple locations.
Select location.
Select the Want Last Update Times located on the bottom of the page.
Click Ok.
