To ensure stock is deducted correctly when using the Pepper app, your POS system must be running version 4.52 or higher. This setup ensures that stock levels are accurately updated when items are sold through the Pepper app.
Once the required version is installed, follow the steps below on the terminal to activate stock deduction..
Log onto the terminal.
Select Program Mode.
Click Program/Programming.
Choose Select Interfaces.
Select the Payments tab.
Tick the Deduct Stock option.
Click Save to apply the changes.
