To correct an issue where the wrong item weight has affected stock calculations, you’ll need access to the Utilities section within System Maintenance in EPOS Manager.
⚠️ Important: If you don’t currently have access, please contact your head office for permission or raise a support case requesting access with their approval.
Go to System Maintenance.
Click Utilities.
Click Reprocess Stock Deduction.
Choose how you want to reprocess the stock deduction:
By Locations: Select multiple locations to reprocess.
By PLUs at One Location: Select multiple PLUs at a single location.
By One PLU at Multiple Locations: Select one PLU across multiple locations.
Use the dropdowns to select the relevant Dates, Locations, or PLU.
Tick the Use Weight If Available box at the bottom.
Run the deduction.
📌 Note: Your reports should now reflect the updated item weight from the time the change was made.
