If you are using the Stock Countdown function for a PLU with modifiers, such as a bottle of wine with 250ml and 175ml glass options, you will need to enable a specific flag to ensure the correct remaining quantity is displayed. This ensures that the stock countdown reflects modifier quantities accurately across all serving options.
Follow the steps below in EPOS Manager to apply this setting:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to POS Control.
Select PLU.
Choose the location, if required.
Select the relevant PLU.
Click on the Flags 1 tab.
Tick the option Stock Countdown – Use Mod Qty.
Save any changes.
Send the updated settings to POS.
