Reports display zero quantities for recently added items

Fix quantity reporting issues for new PLUs.

If your new products or PLUs are appearing with zero quantities in reports, this may be due to a configuration setting that prevents them from affecting stock levels.

To correct this in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below:

  1. Open EPOS Manager.

  2. Go to PLUs.

  3. In Flags 1, uncheck PLU does not affect quantity.

  4. Click Save and Send to Tills.

  5. Put one product or PLU through the till as a test.

  6. Check that it reports correctly.
