If your new products or PLUs are appearing with zero quantities in reports, this may be due to a configuration setting that prevents them from affecting stock levels.
To correct this in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below:
Open EPOS Manager.
Go to PLUs.
In Flags 1, uncheck PLU does not affect quantity.
Click Save and Send to Tills.
Put one product or PLU through the till as a test.
Check that it reports correctly.
