To activate the Pepper app within EPoS Manager, you’ll need to configure the correct interface settings.
Follow the steps below to complete the setup:
Log in to EPoS Manager.
Click POS Control, select Interfaces, and click on the location.
Click on the three dots from the Record Type..
Select Pepper in the Interface list.
Add the required details. You may need to check DevOps\ADO or obtain them directly from Pepper.
📌 Note: If your QR codes are no longer linking to the correct adjustments, this must be resolved by Pepper’s support team, as their system controls the link between adjustment numbers and QR codes.
