To disable QR code printing on receipts for Pay at Table orders, you can adjust the settings in EPOS Manager to prevent the QR code from appearing.
Follow the steps below to complete the configuration and stop QR codes from printing on Pay at Table receipts:
Log into EPOS Manager and navigate to POS Control.
Click on Interfaces and open Tab Payments.
Select Record Type 31 Tab Payments.
Change the receipt printer setting to None.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
Send the updated settings to the tills using POS Updates.
