You can add a QR code to a receipt, resize the image or add an image to a terminal or send image to printers.

Resize image

⚠️Important: This image file must be saved in BMP format

Firstly, you will need to resize your image by following the below steps:

  1. Once you have saved the desired image to your PC, open up the image in MS Paint.

  2. Resize the image using the pixel option and make sure you select Maintained aspect ratio.

  3. Set the horizontal aspect to 200 pixels and click OK.

  4. Select Save As:

    • Save the image as logo.bmp if you want it to appear on the top of the receipt.

    • Save the image as bottomlogo if you want it to appear at the bottom of the receipt.

Add the image

To add the image to the terminal, please log onto StockLink and follow the below:

  1. Click Pos Control and then Pos Control.

  2. Click POSLink Images and select Printer Logo.

  3. Click Upload New Image and click Choose File and select your image.

  4. Click Upload.

  5. Click the uploaded image and tick the locations and terminals you want to send the image to.

  6. Click Save.

Send image to printers

You can now send the image over to the printers. Please log onto the master terminal and follow the below:

  1. Select Program Mode.

  2. Click Get Till Updates.

    • This will pull the uploaded image to the terminals.

  3. Click Resend Printer logo.

πŸ“ŒNote: The printer should not print the image you have uploaded. If the bottom logo fails to send first time, restart the pos and try again. You can then add the image to the printer image file in PosLink folder on a till if it has not landed by sending it through Epos Manager.
