To remove the QR code from your printed receipts in PosLink, you will need to delete the image file and update the printer logo settings.
📌 Note: If you do not have permission to remove the QR code, reach out to us.
Follow the steps below to ensure the change is applied across all terminals:
Delete the QR code image
Open File Explorer.
Navigate to: C:\POSLink\Images\Printer Logo.
Locate and delete the QR code image file.
Update the printer logo in PosLink
Open PosLink.
Enter Program Mode.
Select Resend Printer Logo.
Choose All Printers to apply the change across all devices.
