If you need to remove a till from the Terminal Network, note that the original steps reference EPOS Manager, but the process is actually performed in PosLink.
β οΈ Important: If you do not have access to Program Mode or IRC functions, the best option is for the customer or their head office to add the IRC function to the function bar for easier management. If you still cannot access this, log a case as a high priority.
Log onto the terminal.
Click Program Mode and select Programming/Program Options.
Click Terminal Network.
Select the relevant till/terminal.
Click Delete to remove it from the network.
π Note: You will need to repeat this operation on each till at the site to ensure full removal.
