⚠️ Important: To update the IP address of a printer in PosLink, you’ll need access to Program Mode on the till. If you do not currently have these permissions, please contact your head office to request access.

Follow the steps below to complete the change:

  1. Log onto the till and enter Program Mode.

  2. Select Programming/Program Options.

  3. Click Printer Network.

  4. Locate the printer you need to update.

  5. Set the Comms Type to TCP/IP.

  6. Enter the new IP address under IP Address.

  7. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: After completing these steps, make sure to send the change back to EPOS Manager. If this is not done, any changes made on the terminal may be overwritten when an update is sent from EPOS Manager to the tills.

πŸ“Œ Note: We also have guidance available on how to change the IP address for Epson and Bixolon printers. If you need help with this process or accessing the documentation, feel free to reach out to us for support.
