If orders are not sending to your Bixolon kitchen printer, check the IP address of the printer and confirm this matches the setup on PosLink.
To check the printer IP address, please follow the steps below:
Switch off the printer.
With your finger on the feed button, switch the printer back on.
A ticket will print out with the network details.

To confirm the printer setting on PosLink, follow the steps below:
Go to Programming/Program Mode.
Select Program Options.
Select Printer Network.
Choose the correct printer.
Set the IP address to match the printout.
