To activate or deactivate the clock on/off button on your terminals, you’ll need access to program mode.
📌 Note: If you don’t have the required permissions, please contact your head office before proceeding.
You can configure this setting either directly on the till (PosLink) or through EPOS Manager.
On the Till (PosLink)
Log onto the till.
Click Program Mode and select Programming/Program Options.
Click Terminal Configuration, then go to Flags 1.
To enable the clock on/off button, select Disable Main Menu Clock On.
To disable it, deselect Disable Main Menu Clock On.
Click Save.
Repeat these steps on all terminals where the change is needed.
Through EPOS Manager
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to System Maintenance and select Locations.
Select the relevant location.
Open the Tills tab and click Edit for the desired till.
Navigate to Flags 1 and update the setting for Disable Main Menu Clock On.
Save your changes and send them to the terminal.
