If you want to redeem a deposit on the till, this process is handled in PosLink, but before you start, you must ensure that your Global Flags are correctly configured in EPOS Manager.
Configure Global Flags in EPOS Manager
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to Global Flags.
Select Flags 1.
Scroll down to Ledger and Deposit.
Select all options that begin with Allow Add New.
Save your changes and send them to the tills.
Redeem a Deposit in PosLink
Log onto the terminal.
Click Pay to open the payment screen.
Click Deposit Redeemed.
Select the relevant deposit.
Click OK to apply it to the transaction.
