When viewing and using deposits, there are three buttons (view all, view today, view next 7 days). Individual security cannot be set against these options.
To stop clerks from redeeming old deposits, please do the following:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click on POS Control.
Click on Global Flags.
Choose the location.
Click on Flags 4 Tab.
Enter days history in the do not use deposits after X days of the party date.
Click Save.
Click on POS Control.
Click on POS Updates.
Tick the location box.
Click on OK.
