To remove the clerk name from receipts and bills in EPOS Manager, you will need to adjust the global settings. This ensures that printed receipts do not display the clerk’s identity.
Follow the steps below to apply the change:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to Pos Control.
Select Global Flags.
Click on the Flags 1 tab.
Find and tick the option Don't Print Clerk Name On Receipt.
Save any changes made.
Send the updated settings to the POS terminals.
