If you prefer not to show the clerk’s name on the customer-facing display, you can adjust this setting in EPOS Manager.
Follow the steps below to hide clerk names from the rear display:
Go to POS Control from the left-hand menu.
Click POS Control again.
Click Clerks.
Select your location if prompted.
Use the grey ellipsis to find and select your clerk.
In the Clerk Details, tick the box for No Clerk on Display.
Click Save and send the update to your tills.
