Enable/disable prompt for customer receipt

Configure automatic receipt printing options

To control whether your terminal prompts for a customer receipt after each transaction, you can adjust settings in both the Global Flags and Media sections of EPoS Manager.

These steps allow you to enable or disable the prompt based on your operational preferences.


Global Flags

  1. Log onto EPoS Manager.

  2. Click POS Control and select POS Control again.

  3. Click Global Flags.

  4. Select Flags 1.

  5. In the Print Flag 4 section, tick Prompt for Receipt to enable the prompt.

  6. Untick Prompt for Receipt to disable it.

  7. Click Save.


Media

  1. Click POS Control and select POS Control again.

  2. Click Medias.

  3. Click the three-dot button, then select the media.

  4. Under Details, clear the Compulsory Receipt to disable the automatic receipt.

  5. Click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: These changes must be applied to each media individually and sent updates to PosLink.
