If your receipts group identical PLUs together and you'd prefer each item to appear on its own line, you can adjust this setting in EPOS Manager.
Follow the steps below to disable receipt consolidation.
Log in to the terminal.
Click on Program Mode.
Click on Programming.
Click on Global Flags.
Scroll down to Flags 1.
Untick the option for Consolidate Receipt.
Click Save.
If you're unable to make this change directly on the till, you can update it via EPOS Manager:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to POS Control.
Click on Global Flags.
Scroll down to Flags 1.
Untick the option for Consolidate Receipt.
Click Save.
Use the POS Updates Screen to save and send the changes to your tills.
