If your receipts group identical PLUs together and you'd prefer each item to appear on its own line, you can adjust this setting in EPoS Manager.
Follow the steps below to disable receipt consolidation:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to POS Control.
Click on Global Flags.
Scroll down to Flags 1.
Untick the option for Consolidate Receipt.
Click Save.
Use the POS Updates Screen to save and send the changes to your tills.
