Time on receipts is not updating

Fix receipt timestamps by disabling merge table orders

To ensure accurate time stamps on your receipts in EPOS Manager, it's important to adjust your settings so the receipt reflects when the food is sent rather than when the table was first opened.

This helps maintain clarity for both staff and customers and supports accurate reporting.

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click POS Control and select KV Control.

  3. Click KV Global Flags and choose your location.

  4. Click the Flags 1 tab and scroll down to Control Options.

  5. Untick Merge Table Orders to prevent the system from using the table open time.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
