Stop loyalty details appearing on customer receipts

Disable loyalty balance on receipts.

If you would like to stop loyalty information from printing on receipts in EPOS Manager, you can adjust the global settings for your location. This will prevent both the loyalty statement and value from appearing on printed receipts.

Follow the steps below to apply this change:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click POS Control and select POS Control again.

  3. Click Global Flags and select the relevant location.

  4. Click Flags 1 and scroll down to the Print Flags 1 section.

  5. Tick No Loyalty Statement on Receipt and No Loyalty Value on Receipt.

  6. Click Save.
