While this task can also be completed directly on the tills, it's generally quicker and more straightforward to do it through EPOS Manager.
Follow the steps below to disable the receipt printer for Tab Payments:
Log onto EPOS Manager.
In the Quick Search bar, type in Interfaces and select the result.
Select your location if prompted, then click on ... next to Record Type.
Select Tab Payments.
Under the Receipt Printer drop-down list, select None.
Click Save, then send POS Updates to the tills.
