Receipts Printing When Receipt is Turned Off occurs when OrderGenie prints receipts during table cash-off despite the user selecting no receipt or receipts being disabled.
Disable the receipt printer in tab payments
To disable the receipt printer, follow the steps below:
On the master till, click on the Program Mode and select Program Option.
Go to Interfaces and select Tab Payments V2.
Set the receipt printer to None.
Save the configuration.
Verify changes
Test the cash-off process on the OrderGenie device to confirm receipts are no longer printing.
