If you want to prevent a kitchen message from being printed on bills or receipts in EPOS Manager, you can adjust the PLU settings to suppress messages with zero value.
Follow the steps below to apply this change:
Log into EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click PLU and select the ... button to open the message PLU.
Click Printer Control.
Tick Don't Print On Receipts/Bills If Zero Value.
Click Save.
🤓 Tip: This setting ensures that kitchen messages with no assigned value will not appear on printed receipts or bills.
📌 Note: Remember to send all changes over to the terminals using Pos Updates.
