If a drink PLU isn’t printing to the bar kitchen printer when included in a meal deal, it’s likely because the drink is treated as a condiment. If the main meal deal isn’t set to print to the bar printer, the drink won’t print either.
To resolve this, update the PLU settings in EPOS Manager as follows:
Click POS Control and select PLU.
Find the PLU that is not printing correctly.
Click Printer Control.
Tick Use own KP settings if condiment.
Select Save and Send to Tills.
Once your tills receive the update, the PLU should now print correctly.
