⚠️ Important: To process a deposit refund on the terminal in EPoS Manager, you will need to access sales mode.
🤓 Tip: This ensures the refund is correctly recorded and applied to the customer’s payment method.
To refund a deposit on the terminal/till, please log into sales mode and follow the steps below:
Click Refund Mode.
Click Deposit Taken.
Choose a deposit to refund.
Enter the amount to refund.
Click Pay.
Select the media/payment method to refund.
📌 Note: If you do not have a refund mode, you may need to create a new function.
