To process a deposit refund on the terminal in EPOS Manager, you will need to access sales mode and follow the steps below:

Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to the Deposit Management section.
Locate the deposit you want to refund.
Select the deposit and click Refund.
Enter the refund amount.
Choose the payment method for the refund.
