Process loyalty refunds through transaction history.

Refunding loyalty transactions involving five points is not permitted in standard refund mode within EPoS Manager.

πŸ“ŒNote: Refunding five loyalty points is not permitted in standard refund mode. To process refunds, you must use the Refund by Transaction function.

Once this has been added to your terminal, follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to PosLink.

  2. Click Refund by transaction.

  3. This will present a list of the cashed-off transactions. Select the relevant transaction and click OK.

  4. Mark the relevant items and then refund up to the amount of points used on the transaction.
