Refunding loyalty transactions involving five points is not permitted in standard refund mode within EPOS Manager.
π Note: To process these refunds, you must use the Refund by Transaction function. If this option is not currently available on your till, please add it to your function bar.
Once you've been added, please follow the steps below to complete the refund:
Log on to the till and access Program Mode.
Click Refund by Transaction.
A list of cashed-off transactions will appear.
Select the relevant transaction and click OK.
Mark the relevant items for refund.
Refund up to the amount of loyalty points used on the transaction.
