If you need to reopen a closed transaction in EPoS Manager, you can do so by creating a function button on the till using function number 110 – Recall Transaction.
⚠️ Important: This function should only be used to amend a transaction’s media, can only be used on the same day the transaction was completed, and must not be used as a method to refund customers.
Once the button has been created and added to the terminal, follow the steps below to access and edit the transaction..
Log in to PosLink.
Click Recall Transaction.
Select the relevant transaction from the list.
Click OK to reopen the transaction.
📌 Note: This will allow you to make the necessary changes to the previously closed transaction.
