Until now, staff using Atreemo loyalty could see a customer's loyalty balance at the POS, but had no way to view or apply vouchers assigned to that customer mid-transaction.
Why are we doing this?
This update brings full voucher visibility to the POS by:
Displaying all vouchers assigned to an Atreemo loyalty member directly at the POS when the Show Loyalty Rewards function is used.
Bringing Atreemo voucher visibility in line with how other loyalty systems already work in EPoS β no new process for staff to learn.
Letting staff select and apply a voucher in the same transaction flow, using the existing Atreemo redemption process.
Reducing the risk of loyalty rewards being overlooked or manually handled during busy service periods.
How it works
When an Atreemo loyalty member is attached to a transaction, pressing the Show Loyalty Rewards button now retrieves:
the customer's loyalty balance.
and any vouchers assigned to them in Atreemo.
Vouchers are displayed to the staff member in the same way as other loyalty systems. When a voucher is selected, the existing Atreemo redemption flow is used to apply it to the transaction.
Setup
Configure Show Loyalty Rewards
Log onto EPoS Manager.
Navigate to POS Control and select POS Control
Click Functions and create or edit a function of type 226 β Show Loyalty Rewards.
In the system dropdown, select the new Atreemo option.
π Note: The same option is available in POSLink.
Ensure Atreemo interface details are configured
The Show Loyalty Rewards function requires Atreemo interface details to be configured on the POSLink instance.
Confirm these are in place before assigning the function to a keyboard button.
Add the function to the keyboard layout
Assign the Show Loyalty Rewards button to the relevant keyboard layout in POSLink so staff can access it during a transaction.
π Note: The updated Show Loyalty Rewards function is available to all Access EPoS customers using Atreemo loyalty. No additional feature flag is required β the Atreemo option will appear in the system dropdown once Function 226 is configured.
