You can set or update the printer text, the message that appears on your receipts, either directly on the terminal or through the back office system in EPOS Manager. This ensures your receipt messages are consistent and up to date across all devices.
Follow the steps below depending on where you want to make the changes:
PosLink
Log onto the terminal.
Click Program Mode and select Programming/Program.
Click Printer Text.
Select the text you want to change and enter the new message.
Click Save.
Updates sent to EPOS Manager
To send the changes back to EPOS Manager, click Program Mode.
Click Send Program to EPOS Manager.
Click SEND ALL to unselect all items.
Click Printer Text and then click OK.
EPOS Manager
Click POS Control and then POS Control again.
Click Printer Text.
Select the location.
Choose the Text Type from the dropdown menu.
Edit the existing text or click Add to insert new lines.
Type the desired text and click Save.
Remember to send all updates to the terminals using POS Updates.
