To ensure your refund receipts are clean and professional in EPOS Manager, it's important to remove any unnecessary blank lines that may appear.

Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control from the menu.
Click Printer Text to access receipt formatting options.
Use the drop-down menu and select Refund Footer.
Double-click any white line you want to remove and click Delete.
Click Save to apply your changes.
📌 Note: Remember to send all changes over to the terminals using Pos Updates.
