If you would like to turn off the prompt that advises a customer has paid within an integration in EPOS Manager, you can update the interface settings to disable this notification.
Follow the steps below to make the change:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Click Interfaces.
Select the relevant interface by clicking the ellipsis (...).
Untick Send Payment Notifications.
Click Save.
β οΈ Important: Send all changes to the terminals using the POS Updates section.
π Note: This will prevent the payment confirmation prompt from appearing during integrated transactions.
