If you want your cash drawer to open when a partial payment is made, you can enable this setting in EPOS Manager. This allows the drawer to trigger as soon as a qualifying payment method is used, even if the full bill hasn’t been settled.
Follow the steps below to configure this..
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Global Flags and choose your location.
Click Flags 1 and scroll down to Control Options 2.
Tick Open Cash Drawer On Partial Tender.
Click Save.
