If your cash drawer is opening unexpectedly on all transactions, you may need to review the media settings in EPoS Manager.
Follow the steps below to verify and adjust the configuration:
Log in to EPoS Manager.
Navigate to Pos Control and click Pos Control.
Click Medias.
Select each media entry individually.
Check the setting labeled Opens Drawer.
Update this setting to the appropriate option based on your payment type.
Click Save.
