While EPOS Manager does not offer a report that directly shows when the cash drawer has been opened, you can run a report that captures No Sale transactions, which typically trigger the drawer to open.
Follow the steps below to access this information:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select Reports.
Click Sales Reports.
Choose POS Reports.
Select your desired dates and location.
In the Report Type, select Clerk Function Counts.
Tick Show Location, Show Quantity, and Show Value.
Click OK to run the report.
At the top of the report, locate the No Sale section to see which clerk performed the action.
