While EPOS Manager does not offer a report showing the percentage of sales linked to modifiers, it does provide a report that shows how much of a PLU’s total value was attributed to modifiers.

Follow the steps below to run this report:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click Reports and select Sales Reports.
Select POS Reports.
Choose the location, if required.
Select the From Date and To Date.
Change the Report Type to PLU by Modifier.
Tick the Show Quantity and Show Value boxes.
Click OK to run the report.
