We do not have a report that shows what percent of sales is sold against a modifier; however, we do have a report that shows how much of the total value of a PLU was against a modifier.
To run this report, please log into EPoS Manager and follow the steps below:
Click Reports.
Select Sales Reports.
Navigate to POS Reports.
Select the date range.
Below this, select the relevant location.
On the right-hand side, select the Report Type and click on PLU by modifier.
Using the tick boxes below, select the Columns that you want the report to display.
Select Use Reporting Unit to display the product quantity. Use the reporting unit set for that product.
If required, underneath this, select any Filters that you would like to apply.
Select OK to run the report.
