To support your Eat Out to Help Out claim, you can run two key reports in EPOS Manager: a covers report and an adjustment report.
Before generating these, make sure you have the following records for each day the scheme was used:
Total number of diners (covers), including children.
Total discount amount given.
Claim period.
If claiming for multiple establishments:
Records for each location.
The overall total value of the claim across all sites.
Covers report
Log onto EPOS Manager.
Click Reports and select Sales Reports.
Click POS Report and choose the date range.
Select Location.
Change Report Type to Clerk Function Counts.
Tick all Display Columns.
Leave Clerks as All.
Choose Functions as Covers.
Click OK.
Adjustment report
Log onto EPOS Manager.
Click Reports and select Sales Reports.
Click POS Report and choose the date range.
Select Location.
Change Report Type to Adjustments.
Tick all Display Columns.
Under Adjustments, select the one created for Eat Out to Help Out.
Click OK.
