⚠️ Important: The business will need to be open for these changes to take effect.
If your business sheet is showing an incorrect covers count, you can manually adjust this figure through StockLink's manual sale function. This allows you to add or subtract from the total covers count to ensure accurate reporting.
To modify the cover count figure in the business sheet, follow the steps below:
Log onto EPOS Manager, click Daily Sales, and select Manual Sale.
Select your location, enter the date required, and click New
Click Functions and select Add Function.
Use the dropdown under the function column and select Covers.
Use the dropdown under the clerk column to select the clerk.
In the Qty field, enter the amount by which the total figure needs to be corrected.
This can be either positive or negative to bring the total number up or down
Click Save.
📌 Note: The covers count on your business sheet will now reflect the corrected figure based on your manual adjustment.
