To view voided transactions in EPOS Manager, you must have permission to access the Daily Operations Report.
π€ Tip: If you do not have the required access, please contact your head office directly.
Once access is confirmed, follow the steps below:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click Reports and select Enterprise Reports.
Click Daily Ops Report and choose the relevant date and location.
Click Save.
Click the figures under Corrections and select Clerk Corrected.
Click the Transaction ID to view the full transaction details.
π Note: This process will help you identify and review any voided items processed by clerks.
