Modify the cash drawer settings for clerks to restrict automatic opening during transactions.
To stop the cash drawer from opening for all transactions and instead activate it based on the media setting, please log into EPoS Manager and follow these steps:
Click on POS Control and then again on POS Control.
Select Clerk, and choose the relevant location and clerk.
Change the cash drawer setting to Media Control.
Click Save.
