Card machine is not receiving payment requests

Our main card machine is configured to integrate with the till, allowing the payment amount to automatically appear on the device.

If the payment amount is not automatically sent to the integrated card machine, it may be due to incorrect media settings for EFT payments.

Follow the steps below to verify and update the configuration:


On PosLink

  1. Enter Program Mode.

  2. Select Media.

  3. Click on the relevant media entry.

  4. Set the Media Type to EFT.

  5. Click Save.


On EPoS Manager

  1. Log in to EPoS Manager.

  2. Navigate to Pos Control.

  3. Click Medias.

  4. Select the appropriate location if required.

  5. Use the three-dot menu to choose the correct media.

  6. Set the Media Type to EFT.
