If you are using non-integrated card machines, you will need to configure the media settings in EPOS Manager so that transactions are recorded correctly. Although the media should be labelled as card, the media type must be set to cash.
To complete this setup, follow the steps below:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Medias.
Use the ... button to select card.
Change the Media Type to Cash.
Click Save.
