Toggle (formerly Esvelte) is a platform for selling gift cards and experiences. Integrating Toggle with EPOS Manager allows gift cards to be sold and redeemed directly through POSLink.
⚠️ Important: Before proceeding, ensure you're using POSLink version 3.154 or higher.

Set up the connection to Toggle
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Go to Interfaces.
In Record Type, select Toggle.
Populate the URL field with:
https://middleware.mytoggle.io.Set Timeout to 10.
Fill in Username, Password, Merchant Ref, and Unit ID with values provided by Toggle.
Press Save.
Configure Mag Card for auto-detection
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Choose Mag Card Configuration.
Click New (top right).
Fill in the following:
Description: Toggle Gift Card.
Reader Type: Any Reader.
When Track: Track 2.
Enabled: Tick.
Data Length: Leave blank.
Starting at position: 1.
Ending at position: 6.
Contains String: 630119.
Card is A: Toggle Gift Card.
Card Number On Track: Track 2.
Starting at position: 1.
Ending at position: 19.
Press Save.
Set up gift card functions
Gift Card Balance
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Go to Functions.
Click New.
Enter:
Description: Toggle Gift Card Balance.
Function Type: 114 Gift Card Balance.
System: Toggle.
Click Save.
Add / Top up Gift Card
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Go to Functions.
Enter:
Description: Sell Toggle Gift Card.
Function Type: 159 Add Gift Card.
System: Toggle.
Value: Enter predefined value or leave as 0 for clerk input.
Tick Add to Subtotal
Click Save.
Redeem a Gift Card
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Go to Medias.
Click New.
Enter:
Description: Toggle Gift Card.
Media Type: Toggle Gift Card.
Opens Drawer: Don’t Open Drawer.
CID Total: Non Bankable CID.
In Flags 2 tab: Tick Auto populate cash declaration.
In Back Office tab:
Cash Declaration Section: Select appropriate section
Add to Total: Add to expected
Click Save.
Add Toggle Media to Payment Keyboard
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control.
Go to Keyboards, then Payment Keyboard.
Add the newly created Toggle Media to a button.
Click Save and Send to Tills Now.
📌 Note: If you use business sheets, custom reports, or account exports, these may need updating to reflect Toggle gift card transactions.
