To generate a report showing expired gift cards, you can do so directly within EPOS Manager by following these steps:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to Gift Cards.
Select Gift Card Report.
Tick the columns you want to include in the report.
Enter the relevant dates in the Date Expiry From field.
Select the location, if needed.
Click OK to run the report.
