To redeem a gift card against a bill in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below to apply the card value during the payment process.
This ensures the transaction is correctly recorded and the balance is updated:
Add the items to the till.
Click Finish & Pay.
Click Gift Voucher Redeem.
Scan the gift card or manually enter the card number.
Click OK to apply the gift card to the bill.
