To allow your terminals in EPOS Manager to accept manually entered gift card numbers, you will need to adjust the system settings.
Follow the steps below to enable this functionality:
Log onto EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Global Flags and choose your location.
Click Flags 1 and navigate to Control Options 2.
Untick Swipe Only On Gift Card Redemption.
Click Save to apply the changes.
