You can set the expiry date for a range of gift cards in EPOS Manager to help manage validity periods and ensure accurate redemption tracking.
Follow the steps below to apply the expiry setting to the correct location:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click System Maintenance and select Locations.
Click the ... button and choose the required location.
Click the Gift Cards tab.
Type the expiry duration in the first box labeled Gift Card Expire Months.
Click Save
