To track gift card movements, you can run either the gift card report or the gift card statement report in EPOS Manager.
Gift card report
Follow the steps below to access the gift card report:
Select Gift Cards.
Click Gift Card Report.
Select the relevant information you would like to see.
Click OK.
Gift card statement report
To run a gift card statement report:
Select Gift Cards.
Click Gift Card Statement.
Select your location and date range.
Click OK.
